Q:  How long does it take for you to ship out my order?

A:  Holidays: We ship within a time frame that will allow for Christmas arrival!

Rest of the Year: We ship in up to 10 Business Days (Monday-Friday).  Thus handling time can be up to 2 weeks max. This is because I run this business alone and have a heavy amount of orders at one time. We are in the process after the pandemic of hiring on extra help to expedite things!

 

Q: I am not in the USA, can you ship to my location?

A: Of course! We ship around the world! International buyers are subject to more expensive shipping and possible import fees, so make sure to know your country’s rules regarding merchandise imports!

 

Q: What payments do you accept?

A: We accept a variety of debit and credit card options, PayPal options, and if you are a fan on Facebook and we have had prior discussion, we also accept Facebook Pay!

 

Q: I want to know about upcoming merchandise and pre-orders, where should I look?

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We thoroughly check our items before sending them out. If there is obvious damage that we missed, we do accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the item. Let us know though the Contact Us page. Then simply return the item with tracking for a refund (we will cover return shipping as well). If the item was damaged through the mail and you did not request insurance, we do not hold liability. If you did request insurance, Pokelectronics will file a claim with USPS and provide a refund as soon as possible.

 

Q: Do you do combined shipping?

A: We attempt to combine and ship your orders in the cheapest and most efficient way possible!  If you checked out several times and paid multiple times for shipping, we always combine as much as possible and refund the shipping difference!
